Solo Female Travel
So you dream of solo travel but don’t know where to start? You came to the right place!
I was in my late 20s when I ventured on my first solo trip. And it didn’t go too well, to be frank. Until then I only traveled with friends on so-called ”vacation trips” to one resort or city.
On that first solo trip I felt lonely and all the demons I left home, traveled with me, so although I loved Lanzarote (which was the destination) I wasn’t sure if solo travel was for me.
But I didn’t give up, and the following year I did it again. And then again the year after that.
Slowly I learned that solo travel is the best teacher and the greatest adventure. It opens your eyes and heart to the world and makes you realize that you can totally go outside of your comfort zone and love it! That you are capable of so much more than you thought!
Fast forward 15 years, I quit my job to travel the world and went on a long-term solo adventure around Latin America. I never looked back.
